Job summary

Central Lincoln County YMCA in Maine is seeking a Grants & Development Coordinator to support mission-driven fundraising and program impact. You will draft compelling grant requests, track funding, and generate reports for leadership while maintaining donor records with accuracy.

You will collaborate with multiple directors to align grants with organizational priorities, coordinate communications, and help engage community partners to strengthen the YMCA’s efforts and services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Experience with grant writing and reporting.
• Donor CRM familiarity is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development Director to create grant proposals.
• Manage donor database, track grants, and generate reports.
• Coordinate grant calendars and submission deadlines.
• Assist with donor communications and acknowledgment letters.
