Job summary

The Center for Comprehensive Care & Diagnosis of Inherited Blood Disorders (CIBD) is seeking a Grants Coordinator to support grant communications, documentation, and sub-award processes under the Director of Grants Administration. This on-site role includes coordinating region-wide meetings and developing newsletters and website content.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent years of experience).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in grant administration, grant management, grant writing, and implementing public health programs.
• BA/BS or higher in public health or related field preferred.
• Experience working in a collaborative team.
• HIPAA training or ability to complete within one month of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master grant files and ensure contracts and grants are up to date; assist sub-awards and amendments.
• Develop and disseminate grant-related communications; prepare meeting minutes and newsletters; update grant websites.
