Job summary

Center for Comprehensive Care & Diagnosis of Inherited Blood Disorders (CIBD) seeks a Program Coordinator who supports grants administration, managed care applications, credentialing, and program operations, reporting to the Director of Grants.

The role requires a Bachelor's in health administration or related field and at least 2 years in admin/coordination; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills; and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social services, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of administrative or healthcare coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administrative support: maintain program records, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports.
• Manage enrollment applications with managed care plans and credentialing processes.
• Coordinate team meetings, trainings, events; assist with onboarding and budgeting tasks.
