Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least one year of related experience including contract management experience.
• Experience with federally funded housing and community development programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract and program administration for HUD/HOME-ARP funded activities.
• Monitor funded activities and projects and support financial oversight.
• Review expenditures and prepare required reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HUD requirements and federal regulations.
• Coordinate implementation of HOME-ARP program with contractors and stakeholders.
