Job summary

The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Sr. Management Analyst in Neighborhood Services. You will plan, report, and monitor federal grant programs such as CDBG, HOME, HOPWA, and CAPER, supervising a small team and coordinating with HUD staff and the City’s CDC.

A focus on maximizing resources for low- and moderate-income residents is essential. Responsibilities include grant application writing, environmental reviews, and managing dashboards and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Four years of analysis experience in budget/financial management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Administer CDBG and other grant programs in compliance with guidelines.
• Review proposals for eligibility and prepare funding recommendations.
• Manage environmental reviews and HUD data inputs and reports.
• Prepare planning documents and provide staff training.
