Job summary

The City of Irving is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support federally funded housing and community development programs within the Community and Economic Development Department. This role leads contract and agreement administration for the HOME Investment Partnerships HOME-ARP program, coordinating implementation and compliance with HUD and federal regulations.

The position is grant-funded through at least December 31, 2030, with a PAY GRADE GG22 and a full pay range of $5,634 - $7,939

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• At least one year of related experience including contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Contract and program administration for federally funded housing and community development programs.
• Monitor funded activities, review expenditures and support financial oversight.
• Prepare required reports and documentation; ensure HUD and federal compliance.
