Job summary

The City of Irving is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support federally funded housing and community development programs within the Community and Economic Development Department. This position serves as the lead administrator for program contracts and agreements, with primary responsibility for coordinating implementation of the HOME-ARP program and administering related federal funding.
