The City of Irving is seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee contracts and agreements for federally funded housing and community development programs within the Community and Economic Development Department.

Responsibilities include coordinating HOME-ARP program implementation, monitoring expenditures, preparing reports, ensuring HUD compliance, and coordinating with contractors, partners, and city staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least one year of related experience, including contract management experience.
• Experience with HUD requirements or federal grants is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead administrator for program contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate implementation of the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME-ARP) program.
• Monitor funded activities and projects; review expenditures and support financial oversight.
• Prepare required reports and documentation; ensure compliance with HUD and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors, community partners, City staff and stakeholders.
