The City of Savannah is seeking a Contract Compliance Analyst to lead analysis and ensure contracts and policies align with HUD regulations and Uniform Guidance. This role supports grant-funded programs with fiscal and programmatic compliance expertise.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting on-site monitoring, and providing guidance on contract compliance and risk management. Work location is Savannah, GA; standard hours are Monday through Friday.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration or related field with 3 years of grant/contract compliance experience.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Background check including drug screen and verification of education/certifications/licenses prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review information and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in on-site monitoring, programmatic and financial audits, and site evaluations.
• Provide administrative and programmatic support for grants and contracts; oversee processes.
• Coordinate and monitor team workloads, schedules and project progress.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures; advise on risk management.
• Monitor subawards and ensure HUD grant compliance and reporting requirements.
