Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs Of Tampa Bay Inc seeks a Grant Adherence Manager to oversee compliance across grants, contracts, and funding agreements. You will partner with operations and program leaders to ensure deliverables, reporting, and documentation meet funder requirements.

Based at Steinbrenner Metro Service Center in Tampa, the role collaborates with Finance, HR, Planning & Measurement, and program teams to strengthen accountability and minimize risk while supporting program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing grants, contracts, or funded projects preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Proficiency with grant databases and CRM systems.
• Exceptional written communication, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple grants through different government funders, foundations, and private funding sources.
• Monitor grant performance, deliverables, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure successful implementation of the grant requirements.
• Review grant and contract requirements to ensure clear understanding of deliverables, performance expectations, reporting schedules, participant requirements, and documentation standards.
