Qualifications

• Analyze financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with County staff, granting agencies, auditors, and the public.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for financial compliance explanations.
• Organize work, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grant financial compliance per Federal, State, and Local requirements.
• Review grant expenditures, reimbursement requests, invoices, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist departments with grant budgets and monitoring expenditures to prevent over-expenditure and funding gaps.
• Reconcile grant-related financial reports to County accounting records and submit timely to agencies.
• Maintain grant-related financial records, structures, and documentation in the ERP system.
