Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive grants management/compliance experience; government/nonprofit grants experience preferred.
• Experience with budget development, monitoring and financial reporting for grants.
• Equivalency notes accepted: combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and systems to ensure grant compliance.
• Oversee the life cycle of all grants: application, setup, budget management, performance tracking, reporting, and closeout.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations (2 CFR 200, etc.).
• Review grant proposals, budgets, and contracts for compliance prior to submission.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for funders and leadership.
• Coordinate audits and site visits with funders and auditors.
