Baltimore County is seeking a Grants Management Administrative Lead to provide high-level office administration for the Grants Management Division. The role includes intake, compliance, documentation, and interdepartmental liaison within a civic government context.
Required is an Associate's degree with 3 years of administrative experience, including at least one year in a lead role; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Regular Schedule: 34 hours per week
A Non-Merit vacancy exists in the Office of Budget and Finance, Grants Management Division.
Non-Merit positions are not classified within the Baltimore County Government Classification and Compensation Plan.

Reporting to the Chief of Grants Management and under general supervision, the Grants Management Administrative Lead is responsible for providing a wide range of complex office administration and support.
The Grants Assistant will support the division in the implementation and administration of departmental procedures while executing complex, technical, and administrative tasks in the field of Grants Management. This includes, but is not limited to:
Associate's degree
plus
three (3) years' administrative/secretarial experience. One year must have been in a Lead role.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, public administration, FInance, or a related field.
The work of this position is essentially sedentary, with occasional walking and/or lifting or other restricted physical activities.
