Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with three credit hours in auditing.
• Two years of experience examining, analyzing and interpreting accounting systems, records and reports using GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries to balance current and prior year closed grants.
• Ensure revenue draw-down requests are properly allocated to all DORS grants.
• Review open purchase orders and case service authorizations.
• Process Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) payments.
• Review sub-grant encumbrances, budget offsets, and expenditures.
• Assist with year-end close out.
• Perform reconciliations of fund accounts.
• Participate in the agency's audit process.
