Job summary

Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support grants and contracts. The role focuses on invoicing, tracking payments, and compliance with funding requirements.

The candidate will manage accounts receivable, grants billing, data entry for grants, subcontracting documentation, and bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least three years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial operations.
• Proven ability to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial information.
• Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external funding organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable process, tracking invoices and ensuring timely collection.
• Prepare and submit invoices for grant-funded projects and track payments from funding organizations.
• Enter and maintain grant-related data and documentation for grants management.
• Review and interpret billing terms for subcontracts and maintain associated financial records.
