Job summary

The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation is looking for a Grants and Finance Administrative Assistant II/III at their Oklahoma City location. This role provides critical fiscal and administrative support to senior scientists in the Arthritis and Clinical Immunology Research Program.

The ideal candidate will assist with grant submissions, manage accounts, and ensure compliance with funding regulations, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
• High proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and expenditure forecasting.
• Assist with grant submissions and financial monitoring.
• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple PIs.
