Job summary

The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) is seeking a Grants & Projects Coordinator to support multiple senior scientists in the Arthritis & Clinical Immuno program. You'll help manage grant applications, budgets, reporting, and manuscript preparation, ensuring compliance and timely deliverables.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and ability to work across PIs and staff are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with NIH grants a plus.
• Ability to prepare budgets and track expenditures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and submitting grant applications to multiple agencies.
• Assisting with grant reports and budgets.
• Maintaining CVs, biosketches, and publication records.
• Providing administrative support to multiple PIs.
• Coordinating travel and meetings.
