The Massachusetts General Hospital's Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC) is seeking a full-time Grant Administrator to oversee the Center's sponsored research portfolio through the award life cycle.

The Grant Administrator will serve as an integral partner in all grant applications, building budgets, providing guidance, resolving issues, and helping navigate the research proposal and submission process.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in Financial Management or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Research administration experience 1–2 years required.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and databases; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the Center's sponsored research portfolio through the award life cycle.
• Assist with grant applications, budget development, and proposal submissions.
• Serve as liaison between Principal Investigators, MGB Research Management, and affiliate/subaward sites.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor policies and advise investigators on research administration.
