Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a full-time Grant Administrator for the Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC). You will oversee the sponsored research portfolio, build budgets, and guide investigators through proposals and submissions.

Under the MPEC Administrative Finance Manager, you will ensure compliant use of funds, forecast budgets, and resolve issues to advance research. Hybrid work on campus 3 days, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree in Financial Management or related field.
• Experience in research administration: 1–2 years.
• Experience with grant budgets, procurement, and sponsor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Center’s sponsored research portfolio across the award life cycle.
• Serve as primary liaison between principal investigators, MGB Research Management, and affiliate/subaward research admins.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor policies and successful execution of sponsored awards.
