Job summary

Quaboag Regional School District in Warren, MA is seeking a skilled Grant Writer to identify and secure external funding opportunities. You will research, draft, and submit high-quality proposals to federal, state, and private funders.

The role collaborates with district leadership, principals, teachers, and partners to align funding with strategic goals and student programs, while supporting Finance Office operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Education, Public Administration, or closely related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years grant writing, fundraising, or proposal development experience, preferably in K-12 or nonprofit education.
• Strong track record of securing competitive grants is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling grant proposals, letters of intent, and project narratives aligned with funder criteria.
• Coordinate data from district staff to create comprehensive proposal packages.
• Ensure 100% compliance with grant guidelines and deadlines; manage timelines for submission.
