Job summary

A Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience are required. The role includes monitoring budgets, reporting grant statuses, and providing training on grant writing across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of three years related work experience.
• Experience researching funding sources and facilitating grant development with faculty and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple grant projects and maintain compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel or Access for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research external funding sources, both public and private, to align with College goals.
• Develop, edit and review grant proposals including narratives, budgets and supporting documents.
• Regularly review funded grant projects for compliance and submit required reports.
• Serve as liaison to granting agencies to promote opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrators on grant initiatives and communicate funding opportunities.
• Act as the primary college information resource for grants and related activity.
• Assist with grant compliance, budgets, closing reports, and audits as needed.
• Develop grant training materials and provide staff development in grant writing.
