Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College is seeking a Grant Project Coordinator to oversee the Open Oregon Educational Resources grant implementation and compliance for FIPSE funding. The role focuses on coordination, fiscal oversight, and reporting for the federal grant, with a strong emphasis on outcomes assessment and equity initiatives.

The position is full-time, temporary, funded through a grant ending September 30, 2029, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree.
• Two years of project coordination experience.
• One year of grant administration or management in higher education, a public agency, or nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the FIPSE grant of $1.7M and manage project expenditures.
• Communicate project status with the Statewide Open Education Program Director.
• Prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion in decision-making and communication.
• Lead meetings with grant stakeholders to manage development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with institutional research units to evaluate and report grant impact.
• Prepare internal and external reports and ensure grant compliance.
