Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College seeks a Grant Project Coordinator to oversee Open Oregon Educational Resources grant implementation and compliance for federal and state programs. You will coordinate, provide fiscal oversight, and report on grant activities, with a focus on outcomes assessment, diversity and inclusion, OER advocacy, and student success.

This is a full-time, temporary, fixed-term role funded through a grant scheduled to end on September 30, 2029, reporting administratively to LBCC

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Two years of experience in project coordination.
• One year of grant administration experience in higher education, a public agency, or nonprofit organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the FIPSE grant of $1.7M.
• Report regularly on project status to the Statewide Program Director.
• Prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion in decision-making and communication.
• Plan sustainable statewide grant project management support and communicate with agencies and personnel.
• Lead grant stakeholder meetings to manage development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor technology quality and integration across platforms deployed in grants.
• Collaborate with institutional research units to evaluate and report impact and manage data securely.
• Recommend improvements and assist with implementation and assessment.
• Advise on future directions beyond grant periods.
• Monitor and approve grant expenditures and prepare required reports.
• Ensure compliance with all grant regulations and policies.
