Cal State East Bay seeks a Program & Activity Coordinator to support UPWARD activities funded by the U.S. Department of Education/Labor Strengthening Institutions Program.

The role oversees grant administration, coordination, and day-to-day operations to ensure timely achievement of program objectives and compliance with grant requirements. The incumbent will manage scheduling, meetings, training, events, and data reporting, coordinating with staff and external evaluators while maintaining

Formación

• Experience coordinating grant-funded, academic, workforce-development, or other educational programs.
• Working knowledge of administrative practices, program operations, budget policies, and grant requirements.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and reviewing program data using basic research, statistical, and business-mathematics methods.
• Experience compiling, writing, and presenting program, administrative, evaluation, or compliance reports.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects, meetings, training sessions, workshops, or events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead communication strategies to all project constituents within and beyond the university.
• Represent grant activities, the college and university through interaction with on- and off-campus constituencies and external agencies.
• Monitor progress of programming towards objectives and KPIs as established in the grant proposal.
