Hood College invites applications for the Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) Coordinator to advance grant-supported student success initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with campus partners across Hood College in Frederick, MD.

This benefits-eligible position is funded by the five-year Title III SIP grant, with a starting salary range of $63,000 to $70,000. Application Due Date: 11/30/2026; Job Start Date: 01/04/2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years' experience in project management, grant administration, higher education administration, or related field.
• Experience with federal grant administration, compliance, reporting, and budget management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
