Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to the public, students, and staff regarding programs and services.
• Coordinate department awareness events and assist with budgeting and reports.
• Process requisitions, travel, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
• Greet visitors and assist department staff with daily operations.
• Maintain time-sensitive records and ensure accuracy of documents.
