• Strong knowledge of grant development, research administration, and compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMS basics, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Identify, refine, operationalize, and track programmatic objectives across research centers and related initiatives.
• Implement and manage multiple large, complex projects, including multi-project grant submissions and educational programs.
• Build alignment and consensus among faculty, educators, and stakeholders to support program goals.
• Support Grantsmanship and Research Administration tasks, including preparing administrative sections of grant proposals.
• Assist in financial operations and cost-recovery models for initiatives in collaboration with fiscal offices.
• Create and maintain a central data repository and manage reporting for progress and renewals.
• Contribute to outreach, marketing, and website updates to promote services and training programs.
