Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 6 years of relevant experience with 1 year of people management preferred.
• Strong grant budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal offices and external sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Grant preparation (pre-award) and sponsor coordination.
• Portfolio management (post-award) including financial reporting.
• Procurement and vendor management for labs and core services.
• Human Resources activities: onboarding, salary offers, visas, promotions.
• Compliance with NIH/FA policies and internal SOPs.
• Lead special projects and supervise Research Administration staff.
