Elizabethtown Community & Technical College seeks a Manager II to lead the Workforce Innovation and Credential Attainment Institute (WICAI) grant. This role covers design, implementation, administration, supervision, and evaluation of the federally funded program, budgeted through 9/30/2031.

The position emphasizes grant compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and program outcomes reporting, with teaching duties possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Three years of experience designing, implementing, and managing similar grants/projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates development and implementation of grant aspects to meet objectives per federal regulations.
• Builds relationships with employers, economic development personnel, and community leaders.
• Manages program budget in line with college policy and ED guidance.
• Conducts annual risk assessments and oversees expenditures.
• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates all program staff.
• Plans and coordinates all project aspects and curricula.
• Delivers and evaluates training related to the project as needed.
• Performs routine office management duties and disseminates project information.
