Job summary

Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor III to oversee scholarship programs, coordinate applications, determine eligibility, and manage accounts. This role reports to the Director of Financial Aid and supports scholarship marketing and outreach to students.

With a Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, you will manage WRKS and other state programs, collaborate with KHEAA, and assist with events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (related field) and two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of MS Office and relevant applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage scholarship programs and online application process.
• Coordinate selection committees, eligibility, and policy compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for students, parents, counselors, and college staff.
• Work with KHEAA and WRKS funds, and promote scholarship opportunities.
