Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience required.
• Experience in workforce program recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop community outreach and student recruitment for workforce programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to recruit special populations and traditional students.
• Create data collection systems to track recruited students.
• Develop and market workforce programs; assist with grant opportunities.
• Plan and present workshops and information sessions to diverse audiences.
• Provide updates to leadership on activities and outcomes.
• Support recruitment strategies including marketing materials and social media.
• Participate in professional development and college committees.
