Job summary

Clare-Gladwin RESD is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead one or two afterschool program sites at Beaverton Elementary and Beaverton High School. The role provides administrative leadership, supervises staff, and ensures grant goals align with district standards.

The position is grant-funded and part-time with 7.5-hour days across approximately 202 workdays through Sep 2027, including 25 summer program days. Starting ASAP; background check required.

Qualifications

• Michigan teaching certificate or MOST-based coordination experience.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Provide program leadership and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with students, families, schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead afterschool program sites with administrative leadership.
• Supervise staff and ensure grant compliance and licensing.
• Communicate with students, families, schools and partners to ensure a safe, engaging environment.
• Oversee data collection, family engagement, and program improvement.
