Job summary

Middletown Public Schools is seeking a 21 CCLC Program Site Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the afterschool program, under the direction of the School Principal and district leadership.

The role requires coordinating staff, volunteers, transportation, meals, and digital communications, ensuring compliance with the 21st CCLC grant and reporting requirements.

Starting September 28, 2026; hours approx 10 per week M-Th 3:25-5:45 pm with additional admin time; hourly pay $25-$31.93; grant-funded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with CT certification or Master’s preferred.
• Experience with afterschool programs and grant management preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the 21 CCLC program.
• Coordinate staff, tutors, and volunteers to deliver homework support and enrichment.
• Manage programming logistics and partnerships with vendors and food service.
• Track attendance, complete required reports, and maintain compliance with grant.
• Facilitate digital communications and use of classroom tech (Class Dojo, Google Workspace).
• Attend grant meetings and participate in professional development.
