Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, public administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, task tracking, and resource coordination.
• Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines to support on-time completion.
• Maintain project documentation, files, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and document notes.
• Serve as a contact for team members and stakeholders; facilitate communication.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Support grants-related updates, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Assist with vendor coordination and contract documentation when applicable.
