Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos seeks a Grants Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the Grants Department. This role coordinates grant activities across tribal departments, maintains the grant tracking system, and supports proposal development with data and narratives.

Under the Director of Grants Management, you will help manage deadlines, communicate with project managers, and keep files organized for active, pending, and closed awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, grants administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant activities across tribal departments and serve as primary contact for project managers.
• Maintain and update grant tracking system and deadlines.
• Support application development by gathering data and narratives.
• Research funding opportunities and maintain grant pipeline.
• Coordinate the due-from account tracking and follow up on requisitions.
