Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with project tracking tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and update the master project schedule for grant-funded projects.
• Coordinate information flow between Project Manager, Construction Manager and stakeholders.
• Process and log invoices; track budgets and forecasting.
• Maintain auditable grant documentation and compliance submissions.
• Consolidate daily/weekly construction progress reports and prepare status updates.
