Job summary

PHC is seeking a Homeless Support Services Program Manager to lead grant-funded programs providing case management and housing services. You will supervise 10-15 staff, ensure quality, and coordinate with multiple partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating operations, budget management, and maintaining compliance. Travel to off-site locations as needed and occasional evening/weekend events are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, human services, social work, psychology, counseling, mental health, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to oversee day-to-day operations of HSS.
• Leads program staff with training, onboarding, evaluations, and coaching.
• Monitors grant revenues/expenditures and manages the program budget.
