Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and Maryland licensure required.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness preferred.
• One to six months of on-the-job training (OJT) required for proficient performance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and train staff; conduct performance evaluations and discipline as required.
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations; lead meetings to address client needs.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, referrals, intake, and orientation for new clients.
• Provide clinical supervision and monthly supervision sessions with staff.
• Review service quality and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide crisis intervention and community liaison to promote resources.
• Monitor program budget, grants, and fiscal performance.
• Develop policies and procedures; pursue grant proposals and renewals.
