• Contribute to organizational policy on eligibility, requirements, and benefits.
• Plan and administer budgets for programs and support services.
• Develop additional funds through grants and fundraising.
• Prepare records and reports; monitor escrow funds per CFR.
• Maintain outreach plan; complete enrollments and training plans with FSS families.
• Research community needs to guide program directions.
• Speak to community groups to explain program purpose and policies.
• Act as consultant to staff and community programs on inter-agency cooperation.
