Dramatic Education, Inc. is seeking a 21st Century Site Coordinator for Forsyth Woods Elementary to deliver before- and after-school programs aligned with the 21st CCLC plan. The role focuses on academic support, enrichment, and coordinating staff and resources to ensure program quality.

The position requires a high school diploma, child care experience, and the ability to work with grades K–8. This grant-funded role offers scheduled hours and an hourly rate of $22.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 2 years child care experience.
• Classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with children in grades K-8.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Able to clear a level 2 background check.
• Candidate must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
• Must have Director’s Credential or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site-level coordination, implementation, and administration of all academic and enrichment programming for youth ages 5 to 18 per 21st CCLC requirements.
• Deliver high-quality academic support and enrichment activities aligned with 21st CCLC goals.
• Supervise program staff and students to ensure a safe, well-managed environment.
• Collaborate with school-day staff to align programming with student needs.
• Manage attendance, data collection, and reporting to meet grant requirements.
