Lone Star College seeks an experienced Advisor II for Workforce Adult Education and Learning. The role serves as the first contact for students, provides academic guidance, and tracks progress across multiple campus sites.

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise and track students' academic progress in degree planning and enrollment.
• Enter and manage data, forms, and testing score sheets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and grant requirements.
• Provide referrals for transfer, job searches, and resumes/cover letters.
• Coordinate and respond to department communications in a timely manner.
• Support orientation sessions and travel between campuses as needed.
