Job summary

Apptad Inc is seeking a Management Analyst III for the State of Delaware DSAMH, based in New Castle, DE. This 100% on-site role focuses on grant data management, QC, reporting, and operational support across federal grant programs.

You will train staff, manage data quality, and generate reports for stakeholders while collaborating with the provider network to implement improved procedures and controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of work experience.
• Experience training others and mentoring staff.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and graphing.
• Ability to analyze operational data and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform grant data cleaning and quality control.
• Enter and maintain data in DSAMH and federal systems.
• Monitor federal grant data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support grant data collection and submission activities.
• Provide technical assistance and training to the DSAMH provider network.
