The role includes DELVERS system administration, user training, and resolving DELVERS issues, with supervision of staff as needed. Knowledge of statistics and program evaluation is essential for improving operational controls.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
• Six months experience with descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, std deviation).
• Six months experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards and procedures.
• Six months experience in narrative report writing.
• Knowledge of study design, data sources, sampling and data collection methods.
• Ability to make recommendations based on findings from analyses.

Responsibilities

• Interview agency staff and observe work processes to collect data.
• Review and analyze data; interpret results to support decisions and objectives.
• Propose improvements to operations and resource use based on data findings.
• Document study findings and prepare implementation recommendations.
