Job summary

HighPoint is seeking a Jr. Analyst to join our team and support DCDDP grant programs. You will monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions.

The role also involves providing technical assistance to grant recipients on reporting requirements and data collection processes, ensuring timely submissions and data quality. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in related work are preferred, along with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in program administration, grants management, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of monitoring tools, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for oversight of grant programs.
• Review, validate, organize, and analyze program data to support compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare performance summaries, data reports, trend analyses, and visualizations from PPRs and other submissions.
• Support annual grant portfolio reviews by compiling performance and compliance data to identify risks.
• Provide technical assistance to grant recipients on reporting requirements and data collection processes.
