Job summary

New England Center and Home for Veterans seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure rigorous data collection, documentation, and compliance for the SSG Fox SPGP program across MA/NH regions.

The role collaborates with the Director of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation to develop workflows, SOPs, training materials, and data quality dashboards, supporting accurate outcomes reporting and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience managing data collection, transcription, cleaning, and reporting.
• Experience with Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Airtable or other relational databases.
• Understanding of data collection needs and program evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a human services setting and with vulnerable populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program documentation, eligibility, screening, and data requirements are met.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and training materials to support compliance and data collection.
• Train staff on enrollment protocols, screenings, ISPs, and data elements.
• Collaborate on data elements such as enrollment protocols and service plans.
• Create data quality reports and dashboards; resolve issues.
• Conduct regular audits in Efforts to Outcomes to verify compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance on grant spending and financial assistance.
• Maintain data collection forms and SOPs; update as needed.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
