Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Production Supervisor for Government Services to lead a team performing real-time analysis of federal regulatory documentation. You will ensure program compliance, oversee deliverables and timelines, and guide associates with clear “why” explanations of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include designing training, leading outreach to recipients, developing dashboards, and maintaining expense transparency while coordinating with internal partners and the public.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Two to four years’ experience in production, QA, or grant management.
• Federal/state grant administration and compliance experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements subrecipient training programs and outreach content.
• Leads training and provides technical assistance to funded recipients.
• Develops client reporting dashboards and ensures funding transparency.
• Manages day-to-day oversight and compliance activities for the program.
