Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budgets and funding requests from external sources.
• Produces detailed monthly budget reports and revisions.
• Monitors grant expenditures and ensures compliance with funding terms.
• Oversees budgeting processes and notifies leadership of variances.
• Supports accounts receivable/payable activities and prepares journal entries.
• Assists with grant close-out reporting and forecasting.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
