Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in grant management, compliance, data analysis, or related.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of grants, including multi-year grants.
• Strong experience with CRM/database platforms; HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI is a bonus.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and analyzing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a growing portfolio of grants with varied reporting periods.
• Translate grant requirements into milestones and schedules.
• Maintain grant documentation for audits and funder reviews.
• Develop CRM dashboards and real-time grant views.
• Identify on-track, at-risk, or off-track grants and communicate risks.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and timely data entry across teams.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and leadership to fulfill funder commitments.
