Fresh Start Women's Foundation is seeking a Grant Fulfillment Analyst in Phoenix to manage a growing grant portfolio and ensure accurate, timely reporting. You will partner with program, finance, and leadership to translate funder requirements into actionable plans, dashboards, and data workflows.

The role emphasizes data integrity, CRM governance, and proactive risk management across multiple grants, including government, foundation, and corporate awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Experience with grant management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience translating requirements into data fields, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of a growing grants portfolio with multi-year grants and varied reporting requirements.
• Translate grant requirements into internal fulfillment plans, milestones, and tracking tools.
• Build and maintain CRM dashboards and real-time reports on grant performance.
• Conduct data quality audits and resolve discrepancies in CRM data.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate grant reporting and accountability.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and communicate them to stakeholders.
