Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Grant Administrator in Perrysburg, OH to support the Planning Department’s CDBG and HOME programs. Travel statewide, review income eligibility, and coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and partners to ensure compliant grant delivery.

Role available full-time or part-time; requires degree in business/public administration/finance and strong MS Office skills. Travel across Ohio is required and Fair Housing training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, public administration, finance or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local communities to manage grant programs focusing on housing initiatives.
• Review and verify applications from LMI homeowners with income eligibility.
• Collaborate with inspectors and contractors to ensure project progression.
• Document and complete required state boilerplate documents.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and community partners.
• Schedule and conduct Fair Housing training across Ohio and coordinate final reports.
